Case Study
Building a Custom SAP Concur and NetSuite Integration

Challenge
A digital asset management firm needed to connect SAP Concur to NetSuite. The out-of-the-box connector could not accommodate the company’s structure or data requirements, and the team needed a more flexible approach.
As a subsidiary within a larger holding company, the firm shared a NetSuite instance while maintaining separate SAP Concur environments across entities. The integration had to support those differences without creating a separate solution for every entity.
Solution
Working with the client’s finance team and third-party NetSuite partner, AcquisLink® defined how data needed to move between SAP Concur and NetSuite.
The team mapped expense data, established posting logic, and designed the integration to support bidirectional data flow. AcquisLink built the connector as a repeatable framework, so additional entities could be added without starting over.
Result
The organization has a practical path to scale its SAP Concur and NetSuite environment without rebuilding the integration each time. Each new implementation builds on the same underlying architecture, reducing the effort and risk required to expand the integration.
